Join us for the next Women in Business Social at the Dayton Woman’s Club, an evening designed to bring women together through conversation, connection, and shared experience in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Held inside the Dayton Woman’s Club’s beautiful historic clubhouse, this quarterly gathering continues the Club’s long-standing mission of advancing women and strengthening community, a tradition that has been part of Dayton since 1916. The Women in Business Social creates space for women across industries and career stages to connect naturally, exchange ideas, and expand their professional circles without the pressure of formal networking. There are no presentations and no formal agenda, just meaningful conversation and a chance to spend time with other women doing interesting and impactful work.

Our Guest Hostess for the evening will be Yvonne Vermillion, a growth executive and Digital Transformation strategist with more than 25 years of experience spanning program leadership, strategic growth, and innovation. Yvonne currently supports Hathiant, focusing on AI-driven and digital capabilities that help organizations operate more effectively and create meaningful impact.

A recognized leader in the Dayton community, Yvonne is a past President of the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA, co-creator of the Wright Innovation Technology Summit (WITS), and current Executive Vice President of the Air & Space Forces Association Wright Memorial Chapter. Inspired by Dayton’s legacy of innovation, she encourages others to think like trailblazers in their own careers and to confidently step into new opportunities.

Our venue is fully accessible with a ramp entrance.

Your ticket purchase supports our mission of empowering women and strengthening our local community with historic preservation, public engagement, cultural activities, and educational programs.
