Join us at The Dayton Woman’s Club for another engaging local history presentation with Andrew Hershner.
In Remembering Downtown Dayton’s Neighborhoods, Andrew will take guests on a look back at the homes, mansions, and residential streets that once shaped Downtown Dayton, especially in the area surrounding The Dayton Woman’s Club.
The presentation will explore the people who owned many of these remarkable properties, the architectural styles that defined them, and the beautiful buildings that have been lost over time. Guests will gain a deeper appreciation for the neighborhoods that once surrounded downtown Dayton and the history still reflected in the city today.
Held inside our own historic Victorian mansion, this presentation offers a fitting setting for an evening of architecture, memory, and local history.
We are open to the general public. Our venue is fully accessible with a ramp entrance.
