Holiday Bazaar Vendors

Friday, November 7th, from 9 AM to 7 PM

Saturday, November 8th, from 9 AM to 2 PM

The Dayton Woman’s Club is now welcoming vendors for our annual Holiday Bazaar.

This festive event draws shoppers eager to find unique, locally made gifts in the heart of our historic downtown Dayton mansion at 225 N. Ludlow St, Dayton, OH 45402.

Our annual event has been a community favorite for over a decade. Along with vendors, we will have a large sale of collectibles and “almost antiques” downstairs. The house kitchen will be serving meals, snacks and baked goods. We hope your experience is a positive one!


Application Deadline: November 1st

Upon our review and approval, you will receive an email with a payment link.

Registration Fee: $50.00 for one day or $70.00 for both. Includes one 6’or 8’ table and chairs.
Vendors are welcome to reserve a spot for one or both days.
Once you are approved as a vendor, this fee is nonrefundable.

Vendor Setup: Thursday, 11/6 from 1 pm to 5 pm <or> Friday, 11/7 from 8 am to 9 am.
Please report to the Vendor Coordinator before setting up.

Yes, men are welcome at The Dayton Woman’s Club! Although our name suggests otherwise, we are open to the general public.

Our venue is fully accessible, with a ramp entrance and accommodations to welcome guests of all abilities.

All proceeds will go towards helping preserve our historic landmark.
