Founded in 1982, the Creative Quilters’ Guild of Centerville is a vibrant and welcoming community open to all skill levels, from curious beginners to nationally recognized experts. The guild is dedicated to preserving and advancing the art of quilting through education, creativity, and fellowship.

Their mission reaches far beyond artistry. Members are deeply committed to charitable outreach, creating handmade quilts for organizations such as Hospice of Dayton, the Dayton VA nursing home, and Project Linus, which provides quilts and blankets to children from infancy through age 18. Much of the fabric used in these projects is generously donated, and the care poured into every stitch reflects the guild’s heart for service as well as their passion for the quilting tradition.
