Start your Holiday Weekend with Dayton History!

Join us on Friday, November 28 at 1:30 PM for a special guided tour of the Dayton Woman’s Club, led by renowned Dayton historian Andrew Hershner. Our Victorian clubhouse will be beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating the perfect backdrop as you discover its rich history and its longstanding role in Dayton’s past.

It’s a wonderful day to enjoy both Dayton heritage and Dayton tradition: take the tour at 1:30 PM, then head downtown for the Dayton Holiday Festival, the Grand Illumination, and the Children’s Parade Spectacular in Lights.

House tours are given on Wednesdays at 1pm - dates subject to change.

Take a guided tour of our historic Victorian mansion, circa 1850! Learn about the building's history and the founding women who were community leaders and used the Club to promote music, art, education, civil rights, and suffrage.

Refunds must be requested at least 2 days in advance. No refunds will be issued after that time.


Yes, men are welcome at The Dayton Woman’s Club! Although our name suggests otherwise, we are open to the general public.

Our venue is fully accessible, with a ramp entrance and accommodations to welcome guests of all abilities.
